Altarflow prepares the work with AI while a trusted person reviews and approves what reaches the books.

Altarflow is best suited to churches with mixed giving methods, no dedicated finance department, and one pastor, administrator, treasurer, volunteer, or bookkeeper carrying the weekly financial work. Current customer evidence is concentrated among churches with roughly 100–200 attendees and $100,000–$250,000 in annual giving.

Yes, through different workflows. Altarflow connects bank activity, prepares likely Zelle gifts for donor and fund review, records cash and checks, and offers digital giving for cards and ACH. It does not require every gift to be processed through Altarflow.

Most churches take two to three weeks to migrate donor and fund information, connect bank accounts, and clean up year-to-date activity. Our current guided process normally includes two 30-minute calls plus migration support. The first setup is the heaviest part; the steady workflow is a short weekly review.

Altarflow offers one complete church finance plan, priced per organization. We review the church's financial workflow, migration scope, and support needs, then provide a clear monthly or annual quote before the church commits. Digital donation processing fees are separate from the subscription.
