Its accounting workflow includes useful automation. Bank sync can import transactions, while import rules can assign payees, categories, funds, and tags. ChurchTrac also says its software learns from prior category and fund choices over time.
If these tools already give your team a clear, dependable process, switching platforms would create work without solving a real problem.
Where the fit begins to change
Churches rarely outgrow software because a calendar flips to a certain year. They outgrow a workflow when the manual steps multiply.
